CONGRATULATIONS to Ironwood Landscaping in Wethersfield, winner of the Best Landscape Design Award at the 44th Connecticut Flower & Garden Show held from February 18 through February 22 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. Pictured in the winning landscape are Ironwood Landscaping’s owners Mike and Emilie Sipala.

The prize was awarded during the 4-day show from February 19-22 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford. During the show, a panel of expert horticulture and landscape design judges strolled the live gardens on display and selected landscape design winners in a wide variety of categories.

Show producer Kristie Gonsalves is grateful to the Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut and their members for their beautiful juried show, themed “A Storybook Garden”, and to the talented landscapers, and the expert horticulturalists and industry professionals, and hundreds of exhibitors who helped to make this huge event happen. And, she especially thanks the tens of thousands of attendees who came from across the Northeast and beyond to celebrate Spring in February and make this year such a great success.

SAVE THE DATE for next year’s CT Flower & Garden Show: Thursday, February 18 through Sunday, February 21, 2027. Show info will be posted at www.CTFlowerShow.com as details are confirmed.
