Wethersfield Teams Set to Begin Fall Sports Schedules

WETHERSFIELD, CT — Preseason practices and scrimmages are about to wrap up at Wethersfield High School, as the 2016 fall regular season is about to commence.

Here is the schedule of varsity games involving Eagle teams this week:

Friday, Sept. 9

• cross country - Wethersfield at Blue Dragon Invitational, 3:30 p.m.
• girls volleyball - Middletown at Wethersfield, 5 p.m.
• field hockey - Wethersfield at E.O. Smith, 6 p.m.
• football - Farmington at Wethersfield, 7 p.m.
