Wethersfield Teen Encounters Coyotes on Bike Path

WETHERSFIELD, CT – A local teen told Fox61 news she had a close encounter with a pack of coyotes on her path home from school Tuesday afternoon.

Jessica MacLean, a senior at Wethersfield High School, says she was walking on the bike path through Wintergreen Woods when she spotted four of the animals farther down the path.

The encounter lasted a couple of minutes, she told Fox61. She spotted a neighbor outside and was able to cut through his property.
