WILTON, CT — A popular local fundraiser featuring thousands of discounted books and media is returning to Wilton later this month.
The Wilton Library’s annual Spring Book Sale will run from April 24 through April 27 at the library, offering a wide selection of books, vinyl records, DVDs and more.
Early access shopping will take place from 8 to 10 a.m. on Friday, April 24, with a $25 admission fee. The sale will then open to the public for free from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day, and continue Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Sunday, shoppers can browse from 1 to 5 p.m., with items offered at half price. The event will wrap up Monday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a $5 per bag sale.
Organizers said the sale includes thousands of items across dozens of categories, ranging from children’s books and young adult titles to fiction, nonfiction, cookbooks, travel, history and more. Media such as CDs, vinyl records and DVDs will also be available.
The event will be held at Wilton Library, 137 Old Ridgefield Road. Proceeds from the sale benefit the library.
