• Meet James D'Amico, Wilton High School's New Principal (goodmorningwilton.com) — Wilton High School has a new principal, James D'Amico, who started July 13 and is emphasizing listening, student voice, and community pride as he settles in. Coming from leading New Fairfield High and previously Westport schools, he brings experience with major building projects and student-centered learning. He's already meeting Wilton students and staff and says he's struck by their pride in the school and town.
   

• Southington high school football preview 2026 (rep-am.com) — Southington's 2026 football preview includes an October 2 matchup against Wilton, giving local fans an early look at a key CT HS Alliance game. The Blue Knights return many starters from last year's Class LL finalist run and are reloading at quarterback and on defense. Wilton followers can size up a strong non-conference opponent they'll see under the lights this fall.
