Animals in Distress of Wilton Seek Homes for Cuddly Cats
One family got a puppy and gave back their cat, one has been at the shelter for over a year-- these cats just want to be loved.

Animals In Distress of Wilton is hoping to find homes for some of their lovable furry felines. Below is info about each cat available for adoption, posted on their Facebook page.
------------
Griffen-
Griffen is an easy going mush and likes other cats.
Poor Paulette. We finally found her what we hoped was a great home over one year ago. The family knew she was shy and might take time, but were adamant on giving Paulette a home.
That was a year ago.
Sadly, the families older dog passed away and they chose a new puppy who was full of energy and herding instincts and clearly WAY too much for Paulette to deal with. They did not want her having to live in a bedroom all the time, since she was used to the whole house.
Bandit lived in a home once, we know that. He was discarded at about 8 months old on someones doorstep. He is now about 1 1/2 years old. That person took him in hoping to find a home for him. He unfortunately had to stay in a rather small cage for what turned into 3 months. By the time we learned of Bandit he was MORE than ready to come out and expend some of his youthful energy.
Bandit has been neutered, vaccinated and tested. He is a very handsome mackerel tabby.
Bowie-
Wilton CT Bowie was found as a stray. He was taken in and was neutered and vaccinated. Unfortunately the people who did that decided to throw him back out on the street. A busy street. He showed up in a neighbors yard and she brought him in and called us.
He's an impish little thing! Probably between 1 and 2 years old. He was most likely born with just a partial tail which sort of corkscrews so he looks like he has a Pom Pom on the end!
Suki-
Wilton CT This is Suki who is about 5-6 years old. She is very sweet and loves people but it would be best if she was an only cat. Suki would like to share her toys with you and play but she can also entertain herself. She is currently living with one of our volunteers not very far from Animals in Distress. If you are interested in Suki please call us at 203-762-2006 or email kittiesforkeeps@gmail.com and fill out the online application here:
