Car Strikes Three Objects Before Rolling Over in Wilton

A rollover crash was reported in Wilton earlier this month where a vehicle struck three separate objects.

According to police, the vehicle was traveling northbound on Belden Hill Road around midnight on June 3 when it traveled off the right side of the road and struck a mailbox.

The vehicle then continued off the road and struck a utility pole, police said. It then continued in the lane in an unknown fashion striking another utility pole and coming to rest in a rolled over position.

The accident is currently under investigation.
