Driver Gets DUI After Nearly Crashing Into Parked Cruiser: Police
The driver was stopped by Wilton police after traveling over the fog line and nearly colliding with a police cruiser.
WILTON, CT — A Danbury man faces DUI charges after nearly crashing into a parked police cruiser on Route 7 on Sunday, according to a police report.

Police said that Johny Fernando Castro, 31, of Meadow Street in Danbury, was observed swerving over the fog line on Danbury Road in Wilton. When police pulled him over, they found him to driving without a license and under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, the report stated.
He was taken into custody, released on a promise to appear and is due in court on April 21, 2016.
