DUI Charge for Wilton Man Reportedly Intoxicated While Shopping
Police responded to the incident at the Outdoor Sports Center.
Wilton Police responded to the report of a possibly intoxicated shopper at around 5 p.m. on March 14 at the Outdoor Sports Center located at 80 Danbury Road.
Upon arrival, police located Brian C. Pepin, 32, of Wilton driving out of the parking lot. Pepin was stopped by police and subsequently failed sobriety tests, police said.
Pepin was charged with DUI, drinking while driving and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

He was released on a promise to appear at Norwalk Superior Court on March 26.
