Half Dozen Appointed to Wilton Commissions

WILTON, CT — Six local residents were recently appointed to Wilton commissions by the Board of Selectmen, reports the Wilton Bulletin.

Appointed on Jan. 23 were the following:

• Philip Murphy to the Wilton Energy Commission
• Kathie Mandel to the Inland Wetlands Commission
• Gil Weatherly to the Historic District Commission
• Lori Fusco to the Historic District Commission
• Eileen Armstrong to the Wilton Pollution Control Authority
• Andrea Preston to the committee studying uses of Schenk’s Island and Merwin Meadows
