Man Denied Drink at Wilton Bar Later Charged with DUI

An Ohio man is facing a DUI charge in Wilton after police say he drove his car into a handicap sign.

According to police, David Latshaw, 22 of Dublin, Ohio was denied a drink at Cactus Rose in Wilton on July 1 at around 9:30 p.m.

Police say Latshaw then walked back to his car and allegedly drove into a handicap sign.

Latshaw was charged with driving under the influence. He was given a $250 bond and a court date of July 13.
