State Board Revokes License of Wilton Nurse

Previously, she had her license suspended from January 2017 to August 2018, for use of heroin, marijuana and cocaine.

WILTON, CT — The state Board of Examiners for Nursing on Wednesday revoked the license of a Wilton nurse, according to the Connecticut Health I-Team (C-HIT).

The board stripped Kathryn Y. Ford of her license after finding that her continued practice as a nurse posed a threat to public safety, according to a memorandum of decision.

Ford’s license had previously been suspended for her use of heroin, marijuana and cocaine from January 2017 to August 2018, according to C-HIT.
