Wilton Library Continues Series on Goethe's Faust
The program will run every Thursday in September.

WILTON, CT — The Wilton Library will continue its program on Goethe's Faust with a four-week seminar beginning Sept. 6.
In the second part of the series, subtitled "A World of Fantasy, Fascination, Fortune, and Fate" presented by Dr. Gerald Weiss, "Faust continues to strive after the highest possible existence and 'the eternal feminine' with the aid of Mephisto (the devil). His search for the meaning of life is our search too and the universal search for what it means to be human and the purpose of life itself."
The program will be held in the Rimer Room at the library on Sept. 6, 13, 20 and 27. The poetry packet will be available at the front desk one week before the seminar begins. There is no charge for the program, but advance registration is required. Register online or by calling 203-762-6334. By registering for the first session, you will automatically be registered for all four sessions. The Wilton Library is located at 137 Old Ridgefield Road in Wilton.
