Wilton Man Charged After Allegedly Choking Brother

A fight between two brothers in Wilton led to the older brother being charged for disorderly conduct.

The incident occurred on April 5 at around 1:45 a.m.

According to police, David Figueroa, 27 was involved in an argument with his girlfriend and was trying to prevent her from leaving his residence.

His 15-year-old brother interceded and was allegedly choked by the older brother, police said. The juvenile did not require medical attention.

Figueroa was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court on April 6.
