Wilton PD Arrest Woman Accused of Committing Crimes Against Handicapped Resident
The woman was arrested in Southbury.

A Waterbury woman accused of committing various crimes against a 61-year-old handicapped Wilton resident, police said.
Sequan Monice Francis, 23 was detained by State Police out of Troop A Nov. 29 after she was found inside the vehicle of a suspect accused of larceny that occurred earlier in the day in Danbury. Francis had an active arrest issued by the Wilton PD.
Francis was taken into custody by the Southbury police department until Wilton officers arrived on scene. Francis was charged with second-degree identity theft, second-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.

She was held on a $10,000 court set bond and was expected to make her first court appearance Nov. 30.
