Wilton PZC Hears Subdivision Plan

The Wilton Planning and Zoning Commission heard an application for the subdivision of a lot on Valeview Road into two, the Bulletin reports.

A subdivision plan presented at the meeting would divide 19 Valeview Road into a five-acre home lot and a new two-acre lot, the paper reports. An argument took place about whether a part of the lot should be dedicated to open space, with a straw poll waiving the requirement.
