Wilton Quaker Meeting to Host Gun Violence Remembrance

This month will be the 6th anniversary of the Sandy Hook shootings.

From FGC Quaker:This December is the 6th anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy. Each year in Washington there is a National Vigil and there are also local vigils all over the country. Please join us in Wilton, Connecticut for this “Remembrance Event” on Saturday, December 8th at 2 PM. We will have speakers that will give voice to the victims of mass shootings, but also for victims of everyday gun violence that tragically happens in every community, especially our urban areas. We will also speak to hope, action and change that are making a difference to curtail or end gun violence in our communities.

Saturday, December 8, 2018 2:00 PM, Wilton Quaker Meeting, 317 New Canaan Rd, Wilton CT 06897
