Wilton Teacher Accused of Sexual Assault Scheduled to Enter Plea
The teacher is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager from Trumbull.
A Middlebrook school teacher accused of sexually assaulting a teenager in a Trumbull parking lot is scheduled to enter a plea May 13.
Timothy T.J. Leonard, 37, of Southbury was found on Feb. 10 in a parked car in a parking lot in Trumbull with a 14-year-old male passenger. Trumbull police learned that the two had allegedly engaged in intimate relations.

He is charged with risk of injury to a minor and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Leonard, who is a seventh grade teacher at Middlebrook School has been suspended from the school with pay.
