Wilton Woman Faces DUI Charge After Fleeing Scene of Three Car Crash: Cops

A Wilton woman was charged for driving under the influence after police say she fled the scene of an accident.

According to police, Alison Kietly, 27 was involved in a three car accident in the area of Route 7 and Old Highway on May 12 at around 7:15 a.m.

Kietly fled the scene on foot, police said. After a witness gave a description of Kietly, police located her nearby.

“She was found to be intoxicated after failing field tests,” police said.

Kietly was charged with driving under the influence, evading responsibility and following too closely.

She was released on a promise to appear in court on May 26.
