Wilton Youth United to Hold Fundraiser
The group is the local youth edition of Habitat for Humanity.
WILTON, CT --- Wilton Youth United is holding a car wash fundraising event on Saturday May, 19.
The group is the local youth edition of Habitat for Humanity, the international nonprofit organization devoted to building "simple, decent, and affordable" housing, a self-described "Christian housing ministry," and has addressed the international issues of poverty housing.
Wilton Youth United is preparing to build their fifth home during the second half of 2018. The car wash, to be held on Danbury Road near the Coffee Barn on Route 7 on Saturday, May 19th, from 10 am to 5 pm, is to raise funds to support those building costs.
