• How 10 Northern CT Town Budgets Stack Up For 2026-27 (patch.com) — Windsor's 2026-27 budget of about $156.6 million passed on its third referendum, increasing spending roughly 3 percent and raising school funding 3.46 percent. A comparison of 10 northern Connecticut towns shows Windsor near the middle of the pack, while South Windsor recorded the largest spending hike and Windsor Locks endured seven budget votes.
