WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor resident won $20,000 on a Connecticut Lottery scratch ticket, according to the lottery's latest winner records.
The prize was claimed Friday, Sept. 4, on a 20X Cash 10th Edition ticket purchased at Jay's Mobil on the Run, 680 Poquonock Ave. in Windsor.
The Connecticut Lottery identifies winners by their hometown but does not release their names.
