WINDSOR, CT — Windsor's Town Planning and Zoning Commission holds a long list of hearings Tuesday, including a revised concept plan for Great Pond, new rules for infill development in Windsor Center and a private event facility on Day Hill Road.

1. Great Pond Code Change On TPZ Agenda
When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m. (hybrid)
Where: Council Chambers, Town Hall, 275 Broad St.
What to know: The Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on CPL Northeast Architecture Corp.'s text amendment to the Great Pond Form-Based Code, revising the concept plan shown in several of the code's images, according to the agenda.

2. New Rules For Windsor Center Infill
When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.
Where: Council Chambers, Town Hall, 275 Broad St.
What to know: A town-proposed text amendment would change site standards and add a new section on infill development in Windsor Center, according to the agenda. The commission will also hold a hearing on re-approving full-service restaurant and nonpublic uses at 20 Union St. for Twenty Union CTR LLC.

3. Private Event Facility Proposed On Day Hill Road
When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.
Where: Council Chambers, Town Hall, 275 Broad St.
What to know: The commission will hold a public hearing on a special use permit for a private event facility at 555 Day Hill Road in the industrial zone, according to the agenda.

4. Bloomfield Avenue Zone Swap With Selig Bill Ford
When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 7 p.m.
Where: Council Chambers, Town Hall, 275 Broad St.
What to know: Hearings are also set on swapping zones for two 11,303-square-foot areas, 777 Bloomfield Ave. from agricultural to industrial and 801 Bloomfield Ave. (Selig Bill Ford Inc.) from industrial to agricultural, along with an access change to the related subdivision, according to the agenda.
