Burglar Rams Car Into Windsor Restaurant
The thief made off with a safe containing thousands of dollars in cash.

WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor restaurant is out thousands of dollars in cash plus faces expensive repairs after a burglar drove a car into its glass doors, then stole a safe containing the money, NBC Connecticut reported.
Nat Hayden's Barbecue, located in a small plaza at the junction of Routes 75 and 159, was victimized by the burglar early Wednesday morning, as shown in a surveillance video.
The thief smashed his car into the front doors of the restaurant four times before entering and stealing the safe.
