***The new date is THURSDAY October 29, 2026 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm (no trick or treating before 5:30pm!)
First Town Downtown and presenting sponsor Windsor Federal Bank are preparing for “Nightmare on Broad Street”! Come out with the whole family to trick or treat your way down Broad Street and the green while enjoying some FREE family fun activities! Broad Street will be closed to traffic for our Annual Nightmare on Broad Street!!.
At this event you can: * Get a Halloween portrait taken * Enjoy an outdoor Halloween movie * Visit a haunted House and/or Haunted Bus * Take a tractor-drawn hay ride * Go trick or treating (for kids)! ... and much more!

(BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATIONS ONLY - to hand out treats) Whether you have a location on Broad Street or not, you can sign up to give out candy to the trick-or-treaters that haunt Windsor center on this Halloween event! Just fill out this form letting us know that you will participate! Don't forget to decorate your Broad ST store front, table or booth to enter our Spooky Spirit contest (Details to be announced soon)!! If you cant be there please consider sponsoring the event or donating candy for our volunteers to hand out!
Please don’t miss this great opportunity to be part of this annual tradition!!! More than 2,000 people visit the center for this event!
