College of Saint Rose, Albany NY

• The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, congratulates Emma Gudrian of Windsor for being named to the Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester. Gudrian is one of 751 students to achieve this mark of academic excellence. To make the Dean's List, Gudrian had to complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and achieve a semester grade-point average of at least 3.5 with no grades of D, F, Incomplete or Pass/Fail.

Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Goodwin College's President's List for the fall 2016 session includes 309 students, all of whom scored a perfect 4.0 GPA. Students from Windsor are Daniel Acaba, Khalelah Joseph, Kaye-Ann Relish, Cynthia Rivera, Jessica Rivera, Kerisha Rowe and Brittany Swift.
• Goodwin College announces that 975 students, including 20 from Windsor, achieved Dean's List status for the fall 2016 session. Dean's List inclusion requires a student to earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, the equivalent of an A- average, during a given academic session. The student must also be enrolled in a minimum of six academic credits to qualify. Grove City College, Grove City PA

• Elena Peters, a freshman History major at Grove City College, has been named to the Dean's List with Distinction for the fall 2016 semester. Elena is a 2016 graduate of Windsor High School and is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Peters (Lynda) from Windsor. Students eligible for the Dean's List have a GPA of 3.40 to 3.59; for the Dean's List with Distinction a GPA of 3.60 to 3.84 and for the Dean's List with High Distinction a GPA of 3.85 to 4.0.

Hofstra University, Hempstead NY

• Juwan Wood of Windsor excelled during the fall 2016 semester at Hofstra University, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the Dean's List.

Husson University, Bangor ME

• Windsor resident, Nolan Whitaker has been named to Husson University's Dean's List for the fall 2016 semester. Whitaker is a first-year student who is currently enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in Communications Technology with a concentration in Audio Engineering program. Students who make the Dean's List must carry at least 12 graded credit hours during the semester and earn a grade point average of between 3.60 to 3.79 during the period.
