Campus Notes - Windsor College Students

WINDSOR, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Goodwin College, East Hartford CT

• Windsor resident Melissa Chalk has achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average at Goodwin College for the spring 2018 session, earning a spot on the elite President's List. To qualify for the President's List, a student must be enrolled in at least six credits at Goodwin College and earn perfect marks in all classes.
• Goodwin College announces that 932 students achieved Dean's List status for the spring 2018 session.
  Honorees from Windsor are Kelloy Brown, Melissa Chalk, Omason Modeste, Heather Morrison, Deliah Munroe, Hely Muzib, Rachel Schute, Byron Wallace and Coretta Warren. Dean's List inclusion requires a student to earn a minimum 3.5 GPA, the equivalent of an A- average, during a given academic session. The student must also be enrolled in a minimum of six academic credits to qualify.

Western New England University, Springfield MA

• Western New England University congratulates more than 700 students named to the spring 2018 Dean's List. Students are named to the Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher. Windsor honorees are Toni Ambrosino, working toward a degree in Accounting; Connor Porter, working toward a degree in Marketing; Nathan Wallek, working toward a degree in Sport Management; and Emily Welch, working toward a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
