On Campus - Windsor College Students

WINDSOR, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester NY

• William McCaffrey of Windsor graduated from RIT with a BS in electrical engineering. RIT conferred 4,747 degrees this academic year at all its campuses-including in Croatia, Dubai, Kosovo and China. The university held its 133rd annual commencement celebration in May.
• A pair of students from Windsor were named to the RIT Dean's List for the spring 2018 semester. They are Joe Petro and William McCaffrey, who are both in the electrical engineering program. Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Rochester Institute of Technology's Dean's List if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of "Incomplete", "D" or "F"; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

University of Connecticut, Storrs CT

• A number of students from Windsor were named to the UConn dean's list for the spring 2018 semester. They are Jodie Allen, Rimsha Asif, Ryan Crisanti, Neil Downes, Jennifer Gravel, Md Islam, Katherine Marti, Kristen Marti, Brianna McNish, Benjamin Morneault, Ryan Munasinghe, Stephen Mwangi, Rebecca Nelson, Andrew O’Reilly, Timothy O’Reilly, Ankita Patel, Rachel Porter, Kim Quach, Marrium Qureshi, Usra Qureshi, Adnan Rashid, Brendan Richardson, Leila Shwayhat, Meghan Truong, Anna Vassallo, Brandon Vu and Tony Zheng.
