Intro to Cheerleading Class

Ages 7-14

Teach your aspiring cheerleader, acro dancer, or tumbling enthusiast the strength , sklills and flexibility necessary to master basic cheerleading

Thursdays 6-7 PM $75 /4 week session

Tumbling classes for Boys and Girls

Ages 6+

Allow your young acro/dancer, cheerleader, or gymnast to get more practice on his or her floor tumbling skills. Beginner through advanced classes are offered, so your child will feel comfortable no matter their skill level!

Wednesdays 4:30 – 5:30

Ages 8+

Teach your aspiring cheerleader, acro dancer, or tumbling enthusiast the strength and flexibility necessary to master basic tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, front and back walk overs, roundoffs, and back handsprings.

Your child will use the 30’ Tumble Trak to learn proper body positions, spacial awareness, and body control as well as basic tumbling skills.

High School Tumbling
