Clown Hysteria Prompts Message From Windsor Police
The Windsor Police Department posted a message to town residents on social media.

WINDSOR, CT — The recent outbreak of clown-related hysteria has prompted the Windsor Police Department to post an online message to its citizens.
The notice reads:
"The "clown phenomenon" is everywhere. It is causing concern across the country and in our state. Teens are being arrested as a result of these incidents and social media posting.
