WINDSOR, CT — A stretch of Interstate-91 southbound was down to two lanes during the Wednesday evening commute because of what appeared to be a serious, two-car crash.
Two ambulances, three fire vehicles and a pair of state police cruisers were at the scene. Extrication equipment could be heard in use at the scene.
Two lanes were closed in the area at 6 p.m. just before Exit 35.
