WINDSOR, CT — Traffic delays are expected until about 9:30 a.m. because of a two-car crash on Interstate-91 southbound, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred between Exits 35B and 35A, according to a DOT alert.
The crash took place at 8:26 a.m., according to the DOT.
