Electric Car Event In Windsor Coming Up
The event will coincide with National Drive Electric Week.

WINDSOR, CT — According to CCSU Professor Dr. Charles Button, Consumer Reports and the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) have reported that 63 percent of prospective car buyers in America are interested in electric vehicles. If you are considering the purchase of a new car and would like the opportunity to get information about the from those that own an electric vehicle, then you should attend a National Drive Electric Week event.
Windsor Climate Action, Bart’s Drive In, and Central Connecticut State University are teaming up to host a National Drive Electric Week event on Wednesday, September 18th from 5:00-8:00 PM at Bart’s Restaurant in Windsor, Connecticut.

This is in conjunction with Classic Cars Cruise Night at Bart’s. See the past and future of automobiles in one location! This unique gathering will display some of the coolest cars on the planet. Electric car owners will be available to provide information about the 10-15 electric cars being showcased. Some attendees may be able to test drive some of the electric cars and owners will discuss the economic and environmental benefits of driving electric vehicles.
All registered attendees will be eligible for a $250 prize.
