Come to Northwest Park’s Sugar House on Sunday, January 29th from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and get rid of your “cabin fever” to learn all about the history and process of maple sugaring during “Tap for Sap”. Meet in the sugar house and our local maple sugaring expert, Chuck Drake will involve everyone in the history of maple sugaring and the process of tree identification and tapping. This event is free. The sugar house will be open each Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. during the months of February and March ending with the Annual Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, March 24th from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
