The Hartford Courant Names Educational Playcare A Winner Of The Greater Hartford 2017 Top Workplaces Award

Educational Playcare has been awarded the 2017 Top Workplaces honor by The Hartford Courant. Not only is this is the second consecutive year Educational Playcare has been named a "Top Workplace", but this year they placed third in their division among 15 of the top workplaces in the state.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of our workplace culture were measured, including the alignment of the company and employee goals, our work execution, and employee connections, just to name a few.
