Windsor Gets New Business
The business is holding its grand opening Friday at 226 Broad Street in Windsor.
WINDSOR, CT — A new ice cream shop in Windsor Center is celebrating its grand opening Friday.
The Alley Scoop, located at 226 Broad Street, is holding a grand opening celebration at 4 p.m. Friday, June 26, according to an announcement shared by First Town Downtown.
The shop is located in the alley next to The Bean 226 and has already opened ahead of the formal grand opening celebration.

The Alley Scoop offers ice cream in cups and cones, along with sundaes, floats and milkshakes. Reported flavors include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cherry vanilla, Oreo, butter crunch, brownie dough, pistachio and sweet cream. The shop also offers vegan, sorbet and sugar-free options.
The grand opening announcement invites residents to “come celebrate” the new establishment in Windsor Center.

The shop’s listed hours are noon to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 7 p.m. Sunday.
