Introduction to the United States Colored Regiments Memorial Project
At Windsor's Veteran's Memorial Cemetery
On Saturday May 9th the Windsor Freedom Trail Committee honored African American soldiers who were connected to Windsor, CT, during the Unveiling Of The U.S. Colored Regiments Memorial Monument. The ceremony also celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Windsor Freedom Trail and its ongoing commitment to preserving local African American history. Click Here For More Videos Of The Unveiling
