Mary's Place Holds Annual Holiday Party For Grieving Families

Mary's Place A Center For Grieving Children and Families offers hope and joy to those grieving during this holiday season.

WINDSOR- Over 30 children and their families attended the annual Holiday Party at Mary’s Place on Sunday December 9th. They enjoyed singing carols around the Christmas tree adorned with ornaments made by the children. They also shared delicious food and welcomed a surprise visit from Santa! A special time together was had by all.

Mary’s Place, a Center for Grieving Children and Families in Windsor, CT provides a safe place in which children, teens, and families who are grieving a death share their experiences, receive support and find comfort. Families come from over 60 towns in Connecticut and Southwestern Massachusetts.

Mary’s Place is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Mary’s Place does not charge a fee for its services nor do they receive any state or federal funding.
