More Great Accomplishments By Windsor Students On College Campuses

WINDSOR, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire. More great feats will be noted as they are received in the coming weeks.

American International College, Springfield MA

• American International College is pleased to announce that 451 students have been named to the Dean's List for the fall 2023 semester. Dean's List students attend full-time and have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA. Honorees from Windsor are Claudier Albert, majoring in public health; Frances Arnold, majoring in visual and digital arts; Ananda Burnard, majoring in communication; Renford Morgan, majoring in general business; and Brianna Westberry, majoring in sociology.

Cedarville University, Cedarville OH

• Emily Kijak of Windsor was named to the Dean's Honor List at Cedarville University for fall 2023. This recognition requires the student to obtain a 3.75 GPA or higher for the semester and carry a minimum of 12 credit hours.

College of Charleston, Charleston SC

• John Dreyer of Windsor was named to the College of Charleston fall 2023 Dean's List (Distinguished). Dreyer is majoring in English. To qualify for Dean's List (Distinguished), students must earn a GPA of 3.500 or higher and complete a minimum of 12 semester hours.

College of Our Lady of the Elms, Chicopee MA

• Justin Asberry, of Windsor, was among 482 students named to the College of Our Lady of the Elms fall 2023 Dean's List. To qualify, a full-time student must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher, without incompletes.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• Eastern Connecticut State University recently released its Dean's List for the fall 2023 semester, in which more than 1,300 students were recognized for maintaining high GPAs.
  Among the students are Windsor residents Randi Simons, Yetsael Medina-Ayala, Annika Lachniet, Amaya Gamble, Victoria Daye, Abriana Rivera, Isabel Medina-Ayala and Aleyshka Zayas Caez. To qualify for Dean's List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester.

Siena College, Loudonville NY

• Nicholas Lodge of Windsor has been named to the Siena College Dean's List for the fall 2023 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student's grade point average for the semester must be between 3.5 and 3.89.
