New Windsor Clinic Sets Grand Opening On Broad Street

WINDSOR, CT — CareTeam Health is planning a grand opening for its Windsor office later this month. The clinic says it offers medical and mental health services at 340 Broad St., Suite 100.

The grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, April 25, from 3 to 7 p.m., according to the Windsor Chamber of Commerce post. The event is set to include a ribbon-cutting, tours, refreshments, music, giveaways and free blood pressure checks.

Guests will also have a chance to meet the CareTeam Health team and learn more about the clinic’s services. The Chamber post says patients, families, community leaders, referral partners, local businesses, churches, schools and neighbors are all invited.

On its website, CareTeam Health says it provides in-person visits and telemedicine appointments. The clinic also lists urgent care, primary care, mental health support, DNA testing and medical weight-loss programs among its services.
