No Jail Time In Windsor Road Rage Attack
A man who allegedly hit a woman's car multiple times then punched twice in the face will avoid prison.

WINDSOR, CT - A man who violently attacked a woman in a January 2016 road rage case will avoid prison time, according to the Journal-Inquirer. Joyceson Young, 52, of Bloomfield, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault with a weapon.
He was sentenced to two years' probation along with 30 hours of community service and other remediation measures.
Young is accused of striking a woman's car with his pickup truck repeatedly driving from Bloomfield into Windsor. He then confronted her outside of the vehicle and punched her twice in the face.
