Nov. 30th Deadline to Order for Windsor's Wreaths Across America

Honor the lives of Windsor Veterans this holiday season.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30th is the deadline to order a wreath to be placed at Windsor’s Wreaths Across America ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 12 p.m. at the Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery, hosted by Windsor’s American Legion Gray-Dickenson Post #59 and Carmon Community Funeral Homes. Last year, 700 wreaths were placed at the Windsor cemetery by Boy Scouts, U.S. Veterans, community volunteers, and staff from the funeral home.

To order one or more $15 WREATHS to be placed in Windsor:

ON LINE: Go to www.wreathsAcrossAmerica.org. To have a wreath placed at the grave of a specific veteran at that cemetery, indicate Windsor Veterans Memorial Cemetery and the veteran’s name.

OR CALL Carmon Community Funeral Homes at 860-688-2200. To have a wreath placed at the grave of a specific veteran, indicate the veteran’s name.

CHECKS should be made out to: Carmon Community Funeral Homes, and either bring to Carmon Funeral Home at 807 Bloomfield Ave. in Windsor, or mail to:
