Package Store In Windsor Sells $50,000 Winning Scratch Ticket
A local resident bought a Winter Winnings ticket at a Windsor retailer, earning the last of three top prizes for the game.
WINDSOR, CT — The last day of a CT Lottery scratch game proved to be quite beneficial to a Windsor resident, who cashed in the top prize of $50,000 on a ticket purchased at a local liquor store.
The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, bought a $5 Winter Winnings ticket at the Deerfield Package Store. The winnings were claimed Wednesday, according to the CT Lottery website.
The CT Lottery posts winners of $10,000 or more as public record.
