Parolee from Windsor Charged With Sexual Enticement of Teen Girl

The man is already on parole for a previous sexual abuse conviction.

WINDSOR, CT — A Windsor man who is on parole for a conviction on aggravated sexual abuse of a minor was arrested Tuesday with another attempted solicitation of an underage girl.

Andrew Cunningham, 37, was charged with criminal attempt to commit second-degree sexual assault, patronizing a prostitute, enticing a minor by computer, risk of injury to a child and third-degree e-crime. Bond was set at $250,000, and he is being held at the Hartford Correctional Center pending arraignment Wednesday.

On March 28 of this year, a 13-year-old girl in Tennessee became a victim of enticement from Cunningham, who attempted to have her travel to Connecticut by bus to engage in sexual contact, according to a state police report.
