Patch Readers In Northern Connecticut Recommend Holiday Lawn Displays

Patch and T-Mobile are partnering to compile a list of holiday displays in northern Connecticut that our readers feel deserve a drive-by.

NORTHERN CT — Taking in local outdoor holiday lighting displays and other decorative touches is as much a part of December as exchanging gifts, singing Christmas carols and lighting menorahs. Patch editors recently asked readers to recommend their favorite spots to see festive, colorful lights and occasional eye-popping yard displays.

The list below merely represents what was emailed to us by our readers. Residents of Windsor were particularly ambitious, as a half-dozen residences in Connecticut's oldest town were dubbed noteworthy.

There are literally hundreds of other homes which are done up nicely for the holidays, which can be enjoyed by merely driving around the area.
