PHOTOS: Windsor High School Runners at CCC Cross Country Championships
The Warrior boys placed second in their division at Wednesday's meet at Wickham Park.
On an unseasonably warm late October afternoon, runners from Windsor High School navigated the hilly 3.1 mile course at Wickham Park in Manchester at the Central Connecticut Conference Cross Country Championships.
Competing in the Central-White division, the Warrior boys placed second behind Avon, led by Ryan Harrington’s 14th-place effort in the 207-runner boys’ field.
On the girls’ side, Kaitlyn Kijak was the top Windsor finisher in the pack of 174 competitors.
