Sage Park Middle School Hosts Pajama Day to Raise Money For Windsor Fuel and Food Bank

Members of Builders Club Helped Raise $303 to Donate this Holiday Season

With the upcoming holiday season, students at Sage Park Middle School participated in a Pajama Day for the first time in 15 years in exchange for charitable donation.

Members of Builders Club (sponsored by the Kiwanis Club) were interested in raising money for the Windsor Fuel and Food Bank and came up with the idea for students to participate in this event.

Builders Club is an international student-led organization with a vision to develop competent, capable, caring leaders through the vehicle of service. Their mission is to provide members of the club with opportunities to perform service, build character and develop leadership.

In order for students and staff members to participate in Pajama Day, a $1 donation was required. Participants received a sticker to indicate that a donation was made. Both students and staff members were able to enjoy a comfortable day of learning. Sage Park Middle School raised a total of $303 for the Windsor Fuel and Food Bank.
