Save the Date for All Invited to Windsor's April 2 "Greater Hartford Beat the Clock Auction"

Community Auction Fundraiser -- All Faiths Welcome

If you have never been to a community auction before, save the date for this popular Greater Hartford tradition! The 34th annual “Greater Hartford Beat the Clock Auction” fundraiser will be held on Saturday evening, April 2 at Congregation Beth Ahm on 362 Palisado Ave. in Windsor. A preview of prizes will begin at 7:00 p.m. and the auction will start at 7:30 p.m. sharp. The event is open to everyone, of any faith. Dress is casual.

This auction showcases prizes that people can use and enjoy and is an affordable, fun evening out. Vacation getaways, electronics and kitchen appliances, jewelry, gift cards for restaurants, entertainment and sporting events, and much more will be featured.

Auctioneers include John C. Carmon of Carmon Community Funeral Home and WFSB Channel 3 Chief Meteorologist Bruce DePrest -- a Windsor High School grad!. The event will feature a traditional Live Bidding Auction, Silent Auctions, Mystery Auctions, and Free door prize raffles. The centerpiece of the evening is the Beat the Clock Auction where items are won by rapid bidding at only 50 cents for each bid.
