State Police Investigating Shooting of Windsor Man
Police say there isn't any threat to the public; The victim suffered non-life threatening wounds.

State Police and East Hartford Police are investigating the Thursday night shooting of 26-year-old man who sustained several non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
According to state police it was about 9:20 p.m. Aug. 6, when East Hartford Police responded to a report of a shooting an found the victim seated in a car at the intersection of Main Street and Silver Lane.
The victim sustained several non-life threatening gunshot wounds, and was taken to Hartford Hospital for evaluation.

East Hartford Police initiated an investigation, determined the shooting occurred in the state owned commuter parking lot off Route 15 northbound exit 90, and contacted Troopers at Troop H-Hartford.
Upon arrival troopers and police secured the scene and conducted a search of the area for other victims, witnesses, and possible suspects. No other victims were located.

Troopers initiated a preliminary investigation, and State Police detectives from Central District Major Crime (CDMC) responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
There is no threat to the community or public, police said.
The victim was identified as Gregory Clark of Pepper Bush Way in Windsor.
