WINDSOR, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Angel Mateo, 15, who was reported missing Aug. 16. Mateo is an endangered runaway, according to state police.
Mateo is described by police as a white/Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5-feet, 5-inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shots and black and red sneakers. A photo wasn’t provided.
